I have owned many Razor products. Every one I purchase is better than the next. My newest purchase is the Quad Electric Four Wheeled Off Road Vehicle in red. It does NOT have any battery issues. Mine works perfect and has never lost the charge nor has it ever died while my son rides it. It is an excellent electroic bike and I highly recommend it. My son is five and rides it every day. The only caution is when one turns, they need to be careful not to turn too hard, or the quad will flip.
